What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo at your pet's eye level, with the face fully visible. Phone photos are perfect.
Can you do two pets in one portrait?
Yes. Send a photo of each and say "together" in your order note. Email us first and we'll confirm.
Can you paint a pet who has passed?
Yes, from any clear photo, even an old one. Many people choose charcoal or soft oil, with a line like "Forever in our hearts".
How long does it take?
About 1 to 2 weeks in total: the portrait, printing, then shipping.
Can I add their name?
Yes. Type it in the Pet's name box on the product page. For a short line, add it in the order note at checkout.
Is it a real painting?
It's a fine-art portrait made from your photo and printed on the piece you choose. We check it by hand against your photo before it's printed.
