Refund policy

Every portrait is one of a kind, so we can't take returns for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, email us at fernhallportraits@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost.

Before anything is printed, we check your portrait by hand against your photo and paint it again if it isn't quite them.
